When you bought this MAR Hub you would have supplied an email address. The MAR Hub is then assigned to the users email address to give them access to myactionreplay.com. You will need to use this same email address to create an account.

This mode is what was shown in the Setup and Connect section. It is where the MAR Hub provides a wireless network for the CricHQ scoring app to connect to.
5. Open a web browser and enter the IP address.
6. Login with with user:admin /password:myactionreplay
7. Check the status of the video by checking the live video thumbnail
8. Create a replay by pressing the replay button and check the replay exists.
If there is a wireless network or mobile hotspot which is consistent and strong enough where the MAR Hub will be situated, this is an option that can be used. It can also be used where a Mobile data hotspot is available. Please note that the MAR Hub will use significant amounts of data - around 10GB for 8 hours cricket if live streaming and uploading replays.
There will be times when a wired network port is available at the venue you are using the MAR Hub performance product. In these cases the MAR Hub can be wired directly into the network port:
5.1 MAR Hub problems
|The MAR Hub is not powering up.||Check that you are using an official power supply and that the mains socket it is plugged into works. Check the cables are fully seated. If you are using a battery ensure that it is 5v and 2.1A.|
|The MAR Hub is not showing any network lights flickering.||Ensure that the network cable is working by connecting another device e.g. laptop with it. Ensure that the network port is operational and powered. Ensure that the MAR Hub has power.|
|The MAR Hub is showing network lights flickering but is not showing up in the www.myactionreplay.com control room.||
The MAR Hub connects out on 54881 TCP outbound to vpn.myactionreplay.com . It also connects out on 80 and 443 tcp outbound. This may need to be allowed by the IT department.
The MAR Hub is configured for DHCP – if a static address is needed, this can be configured by connecting to the MyActionReplay_XX wireless network and clicking on configure.
|I have plugged the MAR Hub into my network but do not know what the IP address is.||
Ensure the Wifi dongle is still plugged in and then access the MyActionReplay_XX wireless network. You can visit the webpage and inspect the IP address as detailed in section 6.1.
Alternatively you can inspect the IP address from the router administration page you plugged it into. The MAR Hub will operate on a dynamic address by default.
|After having put the MAR Hub into wireless mode, I don’t know what the MAR hub IP address is and the MAR hub is not appearing online.||
The MAR hub IP address could be found by opening up the CricHQ app, starting to score a game and then connect to camera by clicking on the camera icon. If the app detects the camera, the IP address will be show. You can then use this as the IP address to connect locally to the MAR Hub as per section 6.1. Or by using the MAR App.
Alternatively if you have access to your network router, you can check for the MAR hub device name.
If you can’t find the IP by either of these to method.
Unplug the wifi dongle reboot the MAR hub and wait 1 minute, plug the wifi dongle back in and then the MyActionReplay_XX should appear in the wireless networks. The MAR Hub has been returned temporarily to Standalone mode.
|I can’t connect to the MyActionReplay_XX wifi network.||Ensure that the unit is powered up, the Wifi dongle is connected and you have not changed the MAR Hub to operate in Wifi mode rather than standalone mode.|
|I have changed my MAR Hub to operate in wireless mode to connect to a wireless network or hotspot. How do I know if it is connected?||If correctly running in Wireless mode and connected to a wireless network or hotspot the LED on the Wifi dongle should stay lit. The MyActionReplay_XX wireless network should also not show up - this will only show up in standalone mode.|
|I want to change my MAR Hub back to standalone mode.||If you have tried to change to wireless mode but it does not work. Turn back to standalone mode by removing the wifi dongle, rebooting the Hub and wait for 1 minute. Put the Wifi dongle back in and you should see the MyActionReplay_XX wireless network appear again.|
|I tried to change my Hub to operate in wireless mode. It is not connecting to the wireless network and now the MyActionReplay_XX wifi network is not showing up.||
Unplug the wifi dongle, reboot the MAR hub and wait 1 minute. Plug the wifi dongle back in and then the MyActionReplay_XX should appear as a wifi option.
In order to return the unit to operate in Standalone mode connect to the webpage as described in section 6.1 and select standalone mode and reboot the unit.
5.2 Camera and HDMI dongle problems
|The LEDs are not lit up on the HDMI dongle.||Ensure it is connected via the USB to the MAR Hub and the MAR Hub is on.|
|The LEDs are flickering and not solid on the HDMI dongle.||
Ensure that the camera is turned on and set to output to HDMI at a resolution of 720p or 1080p.
Ensure that the HDMI cable is not damaged by trying another.
|The LED is solid on the HDMI dongle but I am still getting a Camera Disconnected page or black screen.||
Ensure that you are using the short cable to connect the Hub to the HDMI dongle. Using a longer cable could result in the LED being solid but the video footage not being correctly received.
5.3 www.myactionreplay.com Control room problems
|I cannot login to myactionreplay.com||
1. Check the email and password are correct
2. Check if you can login via the app using the same email and password
3.Use the MAR test account with details: email email@example.com and password engineer
a. Works Ok, Try to create a new account
b. Cannot login with the test account
c. Use the MAR App to login with the test account details: email firstname.lastname@example.org and password engineer
|The MAR hub is not showing up on "My Sites" list.||Use the MAR test account details email email@example.com and password engineer and check the test unit is available|
|The hub is not showing up in the online control room.||Check that the Hub has power and is connected to the Internet via a network cable to a router which provides DHCP addresses.|
|The Live Stream is not showing up in the control page.|| Ensure that the ‘Enable Stream’ slider is set in the control panel.
Alternatively this may be a bandwidth issue. You will need at least 2MBps upstream at the venue in order to provide a stable live stream.
|Replay does not work on the control room.||
Check the replay has been made with the MAR app and can be played back ok.
Check the the replay can be viewed on the MAR Hub section 3.1 and 3.2 .
